†Researchers later reviewed completed RUCONEST clinical studies to see when symptoms were completely gone including 108 patients across 3 RCTs evaluating RUCONEST (RUCONEST arm, n=48, 50 U/kg [max 4200 U]; placebo arm, n=60). Time to complete attack resolution was defined as a PGI-S category of “none” within 24 h of treatment administration. A bookmarking study was used to map VAS scores from the original RUCONEST RCTs to the corresponding PGI-S category.²

‡Researchers later reviewed completed RUCONEST clinical studies to see when symptoms were completely gone involving 127 patients aged >12 years who were treated with RUCONEST 50 U/kg (max 4200 U) for acute attacks of HAE. Data for 72 hours were available for 68 of 127 patients (280 attacks).³
